Arnarstapi Camping

We are introducing the new accommodation option of Arnarstapi Camping! Visit the village of Arnarstapi and enjoy a camping adventure in our designated camping site opened from end of may to September. You can bring your equipment or rent it with us.

The campsite reception is located in our Restaurant Arnarbær

Opening hours:
January to February: 11:00-20:00
March to April: 11:00-20:00
May: 09:00-22:00
June to August: 08:00-23:00
September to December: 11:00-20:00

<font-size*If you arrive after opening hours there is an additional charge. All unnecessary vehicle traffic is to be avoided after 23:00 (11 pm).

Rules and conditions:

Payment for the campsite should be made at the time of arrival, all payments are to be made in the Restaurant Arnarbær. Peace and quiet in the campground should be from 23:00 – 07:00. Please refrain from using motor-driven vehicles from 23:00 – 07:00. Please show respect and consideration to all visitors and fellow travelers. All pets are welcome but must be kept securely under control. Please make sure your pets do not disturb the peace of other visitors. All sanitation from pets on the campground are the responsibility of the owner. Please keep the campground neat and tidy. Put all litter to the designated waste facilities that are close to the campsite. Please note that we are an environmentally friendly campsite and therefore we ask you to recycle to the best of your abilities. Alcohol use should be kept at a minimum and music is not allowed after 23:00.
